Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place your sunglasses, along with the original case, cleaning cloth, and any accessories, securely into the original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
